Terms

inkoji is made in Hyderabad, India. Last changed 6 October 2026.

What inkoji is

One page for what you make. You add tiles: links, notes, images, video, audio and PDFs. Building and publishing the page are free. Pro, $9 a year, adds room for video, audio, PDFs, the vault and more; it is one payment, not a subscription, and nothing renews on its own.

What you upload stays yours

You keep every right to what you put on your page. You give inkoji only the permission it needs to store your files and show them to the people you send your page to. Export takes your whole page out at any time; deleting a tile deletes its file.

Pictures on a page

The pictures on an inkoji page belong to the maker whose page it is. All rights are reserved unless the maker says otherwise on their page. To use one, ask the maker through their page.

What you may not put here

A page that breaks these rules can be taken down, and a plan on such a page is not refunded.

Limits

A paid page holds up to 50 images (each up to 10 MB) and 50 MB of video, audio and PDFs in all: one video up to 50 MB, one audio file up to 40 MB, one PDF up to 10 MB. A free page holds one image.

Takedown and grievances

If something on an inkoji page infringes your rights, or you want to raise any other complaint, write to hello@inkoji.com with the page address and what is wrong. Notices are read within three working days; infringing files are removed, and the page owner is told what was removed and why. A maker whose page draws repeated valid notices loses the page. The same address is the grievance contact under India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.

Accounts and payments

You must be at least 13 years old to make a page. You sign in with Google or Apple; there is no password. You can delete your account at any time from Help; the page and its files go at once. On the web, payments are handled by Dodo Payments; in the iPhone app, by Apple. Each is the merchant of record for its payments and collects any tax due, and refunds for an in-app purchase go through Apple. When a Pro year runs out, your page stays up exactly as it is; new uploads wait until you pay again.

Privacy

What is stored and what is not is on its own page: Privacy.

Changes and law

These terms can change; the date at the top says when they last did. They are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Hyderabad.
